Processing and purposes
Account and authentication: Supabase and, when chosen by the user, Google OAuth process account data needed to sign in. Generation: submitted URLs or prompts are processed to retrieve a transcript through TranscriptAPI and generate scripts through xAI/Grok. Payments: Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, invoices and related references. Support: submitted information is used to answer requests. Security: limited technical logs help prevent abuse and diagnose incidents.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 measures standard page visits only after Analytics consent. TikTok Pixel measures visits and advertising events only after Marketing consent. ClicknScript does not enable TikTok Advanced Matching. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through “Manage cookies”.
Data excluded from tracking
ClicknScript does not send complete transcripts, generated scripts, passwords, API keys, payment details, names or plain-text email addresses to Analytics or TikTok.
Legal bases
Contract performance covers the account, generation and purchased services. Consent covers Analytics and TikTok Pixel. Legal obligations include billing requirements. Legitimate interests may cover security and abuse prevention, subject to user rights.
Processors and transfers
Providers that may process data include Supabase, Google, TranscriptAPI, xAI, Stripe, Brevo and Vercel. Some processing may involve transfers outside the European Union; these must rely on the safeguards offered by each provider and be checked against applicable contracts.
Retention
Exact retention periods depend on the data type, provider settings and legal obligations. They must be validated and documented by the publisher before final publication. Data must not be kept longer than necessary.
Your rights
